Privacy policy

This policy describes reading the site, contacting us and choosing external video players.

Operator and contact

Shan Shen Bu Wiki is operated by 9epic.

For corrections or site questions, email pohu77306@gmail.com.

Reading and local controls

Glossary filtering happens in your browser. The text you type into that filter is not submitted to our server or sent as an analytics event. Copy controls write the displayed phrase to your clipboard only when you ask; the site does not read your clipboard.

The prototype does not offer accounts, photo uploads, comments, email subscriptions or payments. It does not collect information through a contact form.

External video players

YouTube and TikTok players are not loaded with the initial page. Choosing a load button creates a connection to the selected platform. That provider may receive your IP address, browser information, the referring site and interaction data, and may use its own storage or cookies.

The YouTube player uses privacy-enhanced mode. This is not a promise of zero data collection. Closing an embed removes the player from this page; it does not erase data or cookies already held by its provider. Opening a source link takes you to that provider's website.

See Google's privacy policy, TikTok's privacy policy, and our media controls.

Optional GA4 analytics

This site offers optional Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RPYBN0YDKD) to understand visits and use of the explanations. The Google tag loads only after you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics leaves it unloaded. Advertising consent stays denied, and our tag disables Google signals and advertising personalization.

Accepted analytics can measure page visits and fixed interactions such as loading a video or copying a glossary term. We do not send your glossary search text, an email address or uploaded files. The integration removes query strings and fragments from the page location it supplies to Google.

A preference stored locally for up to 180 days remembers your analytics choice. GA cookies set by our tag have a configured lifetime of 180 days; The property's event-data retention is set to 2 months and user-data retention to 14 months, with the user retention period reset on new activity. These settings do not apply to most aggregated reports. You can change your choice from cookies and media settings. Withdrawal stops this page's further analytics events, disables the measurement ID, and attempts to remove accessible first-party GA cookies. Other open tabs and provider-held data are not erased by that control. For questions about retained data, contact us using the email above. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Hosting and provider records

Cloudflare Pages hosts this static website. Delivering and protecting it can involve network and security records. Provider retention depends on the service, Cloudflare policies and applicable account settings; we do not promise that provider records are absent or kept for a fixed number of days. Account-specific logging settings have not been independently verified. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Correction emails

If you email us, your message, sender address and any attachments are processed to answer the request and review the reported issue. The contact mailbox uses Gmail. Please send only what is needed; do not send passwords, identity documents or other unnecessary private information. Email records may be needed while a request or related dispute remains open. We do not promise a fixed deletion date for mailbox or provider records. See Google's privacy policy.

International processing and your choices

Hosting, email and video providers may process information in countries outside your own. Their services and policies determine their processing locations and retention. You can read without loading a player or accepting optional analytics, manage browser storage, and use source links instead of embeds.

For access, correction, deletion or an objection concerning information you have sent us, use the email above. Available rights depend on your location and the processing involved. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority where applicable.

Changes

We review this policy when hosting, analytics, advertising, forms or other data processing changes. No advertising tags are included in this site.
